Required Information for Infringement Notices

To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
  2. Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) or link(s) to the allegedly infringing material
  3. Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
  5. Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
  6. Authorization statement: A statement that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, SSS-TIK has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

7. Service Provider Status

SSS-TIK is a service provider as defined in the DMCA. We do not control the content that users access through our service. We simply provide tools to download publicly available TikTok videos.

Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  2. Notify the user who posted the material
  3. Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
  4. Inform the user that they may submit a counter-notice

8. False Claims

Please be aware that making a false claim of copyright infringement may result in legal consequences. Before submitting a DMCA notice, please ensure that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
